At ARGENT SILVERSMITH, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unworn, original condition items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original ARGENT SILVERSMITH packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our silversmiths inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
